My art is created through movement because when the body is in motion, creativity flows at its strongest. I use a range of techniques to bring each piece to life, from a hockey stick to a traditional paintbrush.

Every work is abstract and completely unique, shaped by energy, instinct, and intention.

On the back of each painting, you'll find a personal, positive message that represents its deeper meaning. You read it before hanging the artwork and from that moment on, every time you look at it, you reconnect with the powerful feeling it was created to carry.
